Nopalitos with Tuna

A delicious dish, easy to prepare based on highly nutritious nopal, with a spicy touch from the chipotle and fragrant with a sprig of epazote. A very Mexican flavor to prepare canned tuna and enjoy something different.

1/4 onions
1 sprig epazote
2 cans tuna
3 chipotle chiles
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Preparation

Cook the chopped nopalitos in pieces with a little salt.
Once cooked, let them drain.
In a hot skillet, add the oil and fry the onion until it is transparent.
Fry the nopalitos along with the onion for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add the tuna and mix.
Add the finely chopped epazote and the chipotle chiles.
Cover and stir constantly for 5 minutes.
Ready, you can enjoy this delicious dish; you can serve it with beans and tortillas.
