200 grams green bell pepper, chopped
250 grams garlic, chopped
100 grams fresh cilantro, chopped
700 grams octopus, cleaned and cooked
1 tablespoon mustard
1 1/2 cups olive oil
1 1/2 cups white vinegar
1 cup soy sauce
1 teaspoon fresh herbs
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste

Slice the green onions with a bit of the green part.
Finely chop the bell pepper, celery, cilantro, and octopus.
Add cilantro, mustard, olive oil, white vinegar, soy sauce, and aromatic herbs.
