  • 700 grams octopus, cleaned and cooked
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 1 1/2 cups white vinegar
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon fresh herbs
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
