Delicious recipe of octopus with soy sauce, cilantro, mustard, vinegar and herbs. Ideal for those hot days where you do not feel like eating meat or for the days of Lent. Octopus with soy sauce is an easy and quick preparation to make.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 300 grams cambray onion
  • 200 grams green bell pepper, chopped
  • 250 grams garlic, chopped
  • 100 grams fresh coriander, chopped
  • 700 grams octopus, clean and cooked
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 1 1/2 cups white vinegar
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon fresh herbs
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste

Preparation

Slice the onions cambray with a little rabito.
Finely chop the pepper, celery, cilantro and octopus.
Add the cilantro, the mustard, the olive oil, the white vinegar, the soy sauce and the herbs of smell.
Season and serve.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with toast or cookies.

TIPS

In the supermarket they sell the cooked octopus or you can substitute it with octopus in canned oil.
