Oriental Tuna Ceviche

A delicious option for a light dinner, where we marinate cubes of fresh tuna with a bit of lime juice and serve them with a citrus, soy, avocado, and sriracha sauce. A tasty recipe that you will greatly enjoy.

  • 200 grams fresh tuna loin, in cubes
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cups orange juice
  • 1/2 cups soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground dried chili
  • salt and pepper
  • avocado, to accompany
  • tostadas
  • Sriracha sauce

  • In a bowl, place the tuna and half a cup of lime juice. Let it rest for 20 minutes in the refrigerator.
  • Meanwhile, in another container, mix the other half cup of lime juice, orange juice, sesame oil, ground chiles, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add the tuna to the mixture without the lime juice it was marinated in.
  • Serve with toast, avocado, and a bit of sriracha sauce.
