Preparation
In a bowl place the tuna and half a cup of lemon juice. Let stand 20 minutes in the refrigerator.
While in another bowl mix the other half a cup of lemon juice, orange juice, sesame oil, ground chilies and salt to taste.
Add to the mix the tuna without the lemon juice in which it was macerated.
Serve with toast, avocado and a little sriracha sauce.
