A delicious option for light dinner, in which we marinate cubes of fresh tuna with a little lemon juice and accompanied with a sauce of citrus, soy, avocado and sriracha. A rich recipe that you will enjoy in a big way.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 200 grams fresh tuna, in cubes
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cups orange juice
  • 1/2 cups soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground dry chili flakes
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • to taste avocado, To accompany
  • to taste fried or toasted corn tortilla
  • to taste Sriracha sauce

Preparation

In a bowl place the tuna and half a cup of lemon juice. Let stand 20 minutes in the refrigerator.
While in another bowl mix the other half a cup of lemon juice, orange juice, sesame oil, ground chilies and salt to taste.
Add to the mix the tuna without the lemon juice in which it was macerated.
Serve with toast, avocado and a little sriracha sauce.

PRESENTATION

You can serve with cookies or toast.

TIPS

You can accompany with steamed rice to make a strong dish.
