Heat the olive oil in a pot over medium heat and add garlic, Natural Tomato Puree from Del Fuerte®, old-fashioned mustard, a sprig of thyme, and lemon juice. Cook until it reduces a bit and becomes a smooth sauce, then set aside.
Place the salmon on a baking tray and spread the portions with the mustard sauce, dill, and herbs, cover the tray with aluminum foil, and let cook for 10 minutes.
Remove the salmon from the oven and serve with the germ, asparagus, and carrot.
