Prepare these crispy and spicy breaded fish sticks for lunchtime. They are very juicy on the inside and have a bit of parmesan cheese that makes them unique. They are accompanied by a delicious red cabbage salad.
Season the fish sticks with salt and pepper on all sides. Set aside.
In a bowl, mix Bimbo ® Classic Breadcrumbs with chili seeds, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
Bread the fish sticks by passing them through flour, egg, and the bread mixture.
In a deep skillet, heat the oil over medium heat and fry the fish sticks until they turn golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
For the salad, in a bowl mix the red cabbage with the white cabbage, the carrot, and the parsley. Add the mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, cilantro seeds, salt, and pepper.
Serve the sticks with the salad.
