  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped  
  • 20 shrimp, cleaned and deveined  
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1 package fettuccine pasta, cooked and drained
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper, shredded 
  • 250 grams Manchego cheese, finely chopped  
  • 2 tablespoons parsley

  • In a skillet, heat butter and fry garlic for 1 minute.
  • Add shrimp and cook for 5 minutes. Add whipping cream, heat, and bring to a boil.
  • Add fettuccine pasta, salt, and pepper. Mix until completely incorporated.
  • Add Manchego cheese and cook for 3 more minutes or until cheese broils.
  • Garnish shrimp Alfredo with parsley.
