Everyone will love this delicious recipe that you can serve as an appetizer or main dish, and that is easily prepared with the Oster® Air Fryer. The crust on your shrimp will be super crispy and delicious.
2 tablespoons lime juice, seedless, for the dressing

Preheat the Oster® Air Fryer for 20 minutes at 180°C.
For the marinade, in a bowl mix the cleaned shrimp with the white wine, melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper. Marinate in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
For the crust, in a bowl mix the panko with the parmesan cheese, lemon pepper, and salt. Mix until fully combined.
Once the marinating time has passed, place the shrimp on the crust and cover them very well until they are completely breaded. Arrange the shrimp on the tray of the Oster® Air Fryer distributing them over the entire surface, spray with oil.
Air fry in the Oster® Air Fryer for 10 minutes at 180 °C.
With the help of the Oster® Blender with ActiveSense technology, blend the egg, garlic, onion, cumin, cilantro, lemon juice, and vegetable oil until combined and achieve a semi-thick consistency.
Remove the shrimp from the Oster® Air Fryer and garnish with chopped parsley and lemon slices. Serve on a platter and accompany with the cilantro dressing.
