  • 1/4 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups carrot, in cubes
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 2 leaves bay
  • 1/4 cups fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • pepper
  • 2 tablespoons pickled chiles
  • 1/2 cups peas
  • Charras® traditional baked tostadas, naturally baked
  • 1/2 kilos marlin, smoked, shredded
  • avocado, wedges

  • fresh cilantro, leaves for decoration

  • In a skillet, heat the oil, add the onion, garlic, and carrot, cook for a couple of minutes and add the vinegar, water, and bay leaves, incorporate the cilantro, pepper, pickled chili, and peas, then add the fish and mix well. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
