4 potatoes, medium cooked, peeled and cut into medium cubes
3 cans canned tuna in water, drained
2 Roma tomatoes, cut into cubes
1/2 onions, medium cut into cubes
oregano powder
garlic
salt, to taste
vegetable oil, the necessary
parsley, to decorate
corn tortillas, or toast to accompany

Heat the oil in a shallow pan.
Season the onion, once crystallized, add the tomato.
When the tomato is completely fried and cooked, add the cooked potatoes and cut into cubes, let it fry a little.
Add the drained tuna, and let it fry for 5 minutes.
Correct seasoning, add a pinch of garlic powder, oregano powder and check the salt (add if necessary).
