4 potatoes, cooked medium, peeled, and diced
3 cans canned tuna in water, drained
2 Roma tomatoes, diced
1/2 onions, medium diced
oregano powder
garlic pieces Mccormick®
salt , to taste
oil , as needed
parsley , for garnish
corn tortillas, or toast for serving

Heat the oil in a slightly deep skillet.
Sauté the onion; once it is translucent, add the tomato.
When the tomato is completely fried and cooked, add the cooked and diced potatoes, and let it fry a little.
Add the drained tuna and let everything fry for 5 minutes.
Adjust seasoning, add a pinch of garlic powder, oregano powder, and check the salt (add if necessary).
