In a skillet over medium heat, heat the tuna oil and cook the onion and garlic. Add the tomato and cook for about 5 minutes.
Add the Atún Dolores® Ventresca and the spices and cook for about 10 minutes. Incorporate the güero chiles, almonds, and olives, season, and set aside.
Roll out the puff pastry with a rolling pin and cut out triangles of the same size.
