Ingredients: 2 cans Dolores® tuna belly; 1/2 onions, finely chopped; 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped; 1/2 cups tomato, diced, without seeds; 2 leaves dried bay; 1/2 teaspoons thyme; 1/4 teaspoons ground cloves; 3 güero chiles; 1/4 cups almonds, peeled; 1/2 cups olives, sliced; 2 pinches salt; 1 pinch pepper; 500 grams puff pastry; 1 egg, for glazing

Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a skillet over medium heat, heat the tuna oil and cook the onion and garlic. Add the tomato and cook for about 5 minutes.
