Surprise everyone with this spectacular appetizer, which is not only a delicious option but also very healthy. It features delicious tuna cubes with a mixture of spinach and ricotta cheese wrapped in puff pastry. Delicious!

1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
2 bunches spinach, disinfected and chopped
3/4 cups ricotta cheese
2 cans cubes of smoked Dolores® tuna
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
400 grams puff pastry
1 egg, for brushing

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a medium skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and cook the onion and garlic. Add the spinach and cook for 5 minutes. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, mix the spinach with the ricotta cheese and the Dolores® Smoked Tuna cubes. Set aside.
Roll out the puff pastry, cut 12 x 12 cm squares, add the tuna mixture in the center, and cover with another square of pastry, sealing with egg.
Brush all the squares with egg and bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot.
