1/2 cups parsley, finely chopped (tight)
1/2 cups peppermint, tight
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 clove garlic
1/3 cups olive oil
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
4 fish, 150 gr each

Mix the parsley, mint, garlic, olive oil, lime juice and vinegar.
Cook the fish on the grill, 1 to 3 minutes per side. Transfer to a plate and serve the sauce on top.
