1/2 cups parsley, finely chopped (packed)
1/2 cups peppermint, packed
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 clove garlic
1/3 cups olive oil
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
4 fish, 150 g each

Grill the fish for 1 to 3 minutes on each side. Transfer to a plate and serve the sauce on top.
