Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/2 cups parsley, chopped fine (tight)
  • 1/2 cups peppermint, tight
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/3 cups olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
  • 4 fish, of 150 gr each

Preparation

Mix the parsley, mint, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice and vinegar.
Cook the fish on the grill, 1 to 3 minutes per side. Pass to a plate and serve the sauce on top.
