Rodrigo's Fish

Rodrigo's fish recipe. Fish with herbs, sauces, and secrets. Prepare it for tacos or enjoy it alone as a fish fillet; either way, it tastes delicious.

  • 5 sea bass, or red snapper, in fillets
  • 1 red onion, large, finely chopped
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 3 serrano chiles, seedless chopped
  • 3 limes
  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • Maggi seasoning
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • salt
  • 1 package flour tortillas

  • Place the fillets with the marinade ingredients (balsamic vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice, Maggi, and Worcestershire sauce) and let them rest for 1 hour (this is to prevent the fish from smelling and losing its strong flavor).
  • Grill the fish until cooked. Flake finely.
  • Mix all the garden ingredients (onion, chili, and cilantro) and combine with the fish. Adjust seasoning and serve in flour tortillas with green sauce on the side.
