The day before, prepare the crumble dough:
Mix the flour, salt, and lightly melted butter to obtain a crumbly paste.
Place it in a bowl, cover it with plastic wrap, and put it in the refrigerator.
The next day, preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6). Grease the bottom of a pie dish with butter.
Crumble the dough and bake it in the oven for 10 minutes.
Let it rest.
Heat the oven to 210°C (thermostat 7).
Spread butter in 6 individual dishes.
Wash and dry the salmon fillet and cut it into pieces.
Season with salt and pepper.
Distribute them in the dishes.
In a bowl, mix the sour cream, the juice of 1/2 lemon, the mustard, and the chopped dill, and pour it over the salmon cubes.
Put it in the oven for about 6 minutes.
Remove from the oven, sprinkle with the crumble dough, and serve immediately.
