Salmon and Dill Crumble

This salmon and dill crumble recipe is very delicious, I love making it and treating all my loved ones.

  • 500 grams salmon fillet
  • 1/2 lemons
  • 5 blades dill
  • 150 grams fresh cream
  • 10 grams unsalted butter
  • few mustard

  • The day before, prepare the crumble dough: Mix the flour, salt, and lightly melted butter to obtain a crumbly paste. Place it in a bowl, cover it with plastic wrap, and put it in the refrigerator.
  • The next day, preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6). Grease the bottom of a pie dish with butter. Crumble the dough and bake it in the oven for 10 minutes. Let it rest.
  • Heat the oven to 210°C (thermostat 7). Spread butter in 6 individual dishes.
  • Wash and dry the salmon fillet and cut it into pieces. Season with salt and pepper. Distribute them in the dishes.
  • In a bowl, mix the sour cream, the juice of 1/2 lemon, the mustard, and the chopped dill, and pour it over the salmon cubes. Put it in the oven for about 6 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven, sprinkle with the crumble dough, and serve immediately.
