Salmon and Goat Cheese Tartare

This salmon and goat cheese tartare recipe is very light and delicious for a romantic dinner.

  • 150 grams fresh salmon
  • 1/2 cucumbers, cut into small pieces and seedless
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 slices goat cheese, natural
  • 2 avocados, for garnish
  • 2 limes, (the juice)

  • Cut the salmon into very small pieces and serve them in a bowl. Squeeze the two lemons and add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Gently stir to ensure the salmon is well coated and adjust salt and pepper as needed. Refrigerate for an hour before serving. Remove excess lemon.
  • Before serving, place some of the salmon preparation in the center of a plate. Place goat cheese on the sides and if you like, a bit of avocado on top of the tartare.
