salmon, in julienne
2 cups carrot, grated
2 Romaine lettuce, in pieces
3 red bell peppers, in julienne
3 yellow bell peppers, in julienne
1/4 cups sesame seeds, toasted
1/2 Romaine lettuces, in pieces

In a pan, add a drizzle of olive oil, season the salmon with salt and pepper, add a dash of Worcestershire sauce, and brown it. Set aside.
On a plate, lay a bed of Italian lettuce and in the center place the Romaine lettuce in a cup shape.
The peppers can be used raw or sautéed with a little olive oil.
Place the other ingredients one by one, alternating them around the cup of Romaine lettuce.
Garnish with grated carrot and sprinkle with sesame seeds, and accompany with your preferred dressing.
