Salmon and Pepper Salad

For those who love salads but with a different twist, they will enjoy this salmon and pepper salad.

  • salmon, in julienne
  • 2 cups carrot, grated
  • 2 Romaine lettuce, in pieces
  • 3 red bell peppers, in julienne
  • 3 yellow bell peppers, in julienne
  • 1/4 cups sesame seeds, toasted
  • 1/2 Romaine lettuces, in pieces

  • In a pan, add a drizzle of olive oil, season the salmon with salt and pepper, add a dash of Worcestershire sauce, and brown it. Set aside.
  • On a plate, lay a bed of Italian lettuce and in the center place the Romaine lettuce in a cup shape.
  • The peppers can be used raw or sautéed with a little olive oil.
  • Place the other ingredients one by one, alternating them around the cup of Romaine lettuce.
  • Garnish with grated carrot and sprinkle with sesame seeds, and accompany with your preferred dressing.
