Salmon Canapes

This delicious and very simple recipe can be used for parties, meals, and events.

  • 2 baguettes
  • 250 grams smoked salmon
  • 1/2 cups jocoque
  • 2 limes, to taste
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • pepper, to taste
  • fresh cilantro

  • Cut the bread into slices 2-3 cm wide and bake until lightly toasted.
  • In a deep bowl, mix the jocoque with lemon juice, olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Assemble each bite with a slice of bread, 1/2 tablespoon of prepared jocoque, 1 slice of salmon, and 1 leaf of cilantro.
