2 baguettes
250 grams smoked salmon
1/2 cups jocoque
2 limes, to taste
3 tablespoons olive oil
pepper, to taste
fresh cilantro

Cut the bread into slices 2-3 cm wide and bake until lightly toasted.
In a deep bowl, mix the jocoque with lemon juice, olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
Assemble each bite with a slice of bread, 1/2 tablespoon of prepared jocoque, 1 slice of salmon, and 1 leaf of cilantro.
