Preparation
Cut bread into 2-3 cm wide slices and bake until lightly toasted.
In a deep bowl, mix the jocoque with lemon juice, olive oil and salt pepper.
Assemble each sandwich with a slice of bread, 1/2 tablespoon of jocoque prepared, 1 slice of salmon and 1 leaf of coriander.
