2 tablespoons McCORMICK Balance® mayonnaise with sesame oil
2 tablespoons dill, finely chopped, for the sauce

In a skillet, heat the oil and fry the salmon for 2 minutes on each side until golden, cover, cook for 10 minutes, and set aside.
Mix the heavy cream with McCormick® Balance Mayonnaise with sesame oil. Set aside.
For the sauce, in a skillet, heat the butter and fry the garlic until golden, add the white wine and let it reduce by half. Gradually add to the sauce from the previous step to prevent it from curdling, season with salt, pepper, and dill. Cook for 10 more minutes or until it becomes a thick sauce and set aside.
Serve a bit of sauce and place your salmon on top, and accompany with a delicious citrus salad.
