Salmon in Creamy Sauce

This recipe is ideal for all your gatherings; it has a delicious creamy sauce with rich McCormick® Balance Mayonnaise with sesame oil and tasty salmon, you can't miss it.

  • 4 salmon fillet
  • vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter, for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, for the sauce
  • 1/2 cups white wine, for the sauce
  • 1 cup whipping cream, for the sauce
  • 2 tablespoons McCORMICK Balance® mayonnaise with sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons dill, finely chopped, for the sauce

  • In a skillet, heat the oil and fry the salmon for 2 minutes on each side until golden, cover, cook for 10 minutes, and set aside.
  • Mix the heavy cream with McCormick® Balance Mayonnaise with sesame oil. Set aside.
  • For the sauce, in a skillet, heat the butter and fry the garlic until golden, add the white wine and let it reduce by half. Gradually add to the sauce from the previous step to prevent it from curdling, season with salt, pepper, and dill. Cook for 10 more minutes or until it becomes a thick sauce and set aside.
  • Serve a bit of sauce and place your salmon on top, and accompany with a delicious citrus salad.
