500 grams salmon fillet, with skin
100 milliliters olive oil
onion powder
garlic salt
pepper
parsley
1/2 cups olives
50 grams sesame seeds
4 tablespoons olive oil
water
Preparation

Rinse and cut the salmon fillet into 4 pieces; leave the skin on.
Add all the spices to taste; you can start with garlic salt, onion powder, and pepper.
Preheat the pan. Add about 3 tablespoons of olive oil for each piece of salmon.
Let it fry on low heat for 5 to 10 minutes (this depends on the diner's preference).
For the tahini sauce: Preheat a pan on low heat.
Add the sesame seeds, stirring until they change color slightly (a bit more toasted).
Pour the seeds into the blender, add the olive oil, water (this depends on the desired consistency).
Add salt; my recommendation would be 1/4 tablespoon (this also depends on taste).
Blend everything and pour into a separate jar.
