Salmon Tartare

This salmon tartare is very fresh and looks super pretty and elegant.

  • 500 grams fresh salmon
  • 3 Roma tomatoes
  • 1 bunch chives
  • 1 sprig fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon fines herbs
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 lime zest
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 teaspoons mayonnaise
  • 1 lettuce, for garnish
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons pepper

  • Cut the salmon into cubes about 8mm; halve the tomatoes, remove the seeds, and cut into cubes. Chop the green onion and cilantro.
  • Mix the salmon with salt and pepper, the herbs, lemon juice, orange zest, olive oil, and mayonnaise. Add the tomatoes and mix until well combined.
  • Place the metal ring in the center of a plate and fill it with the salmon mixture, pressing lightly with a spoon. Carefully lift the ring upwards and decorate with a few lettuce leaves.
