Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees).
Spray PAM on a baking sheet or dish like Pyrex.
Heat the oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute. Reduce the heat and add the lemon juice, capers, and lemon-pepper seasoning. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Add the sour cream and cook for another 5 minutes, or until heated through.
Meanwhile, place the salmon in the baking sheet or Pyrex and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the fish is opaque.
Serve with the sauce and garnish with dill and lemon slices.
