Salmon with a Creamy Lemon Sauce

Salmon with a delicous lemon sauce with touches of capers and pepper. Very simple to prepare!

  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 1 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning, from or like McCormick's
  • 1/2 cups low-fat sour cream
  • 4 salmon fillet, individually sliced
  • pam cooking spray

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180C degrees).
  • Spray PAM on a tray or container ovenproof like Pyrex
  • Heat the oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute. Reduce the heat and add the lemon juice, the capers and the lemon-pepper powder. Cook another 5 minutes.
  • Add the sour cream and cook another 5 minutes, or until hot.
  • Meanwhile, put the salmon in the tray or Pyrex and cook in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the fish is opaque.
  • Serve with the sauce and garnish with dill and lemon slices.
