Salmon with Mango and Chive Sauce

4 salmon fillet, fresh
2 manila mangoes
3 limes, its juice
5 chives, chopped
pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt, to taste

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Place the 4 fillets skin-side down and cook for 5 minutes. Flip and cook for 5 more minutes.
If you want the skin of the salmon to be crispy, flip again and cook for 5 more minutes. Taste a small piece of salmon to check for doneness.
While the salmon is cooking, chop the mangoes and mix with lemon juice, chives, salt, and pepper.
Place each salmon fillet on an individual plate and add 3 tablespoons of mango sauce over the fish and serve.
