Salmon with Pistachio Crust

This recipe is a way to give a different and crunchy touch to salmon. The pistachio crust in this recipe includes coarse grain mustard and lemon. It's so delicious that you'll want to eat it on its own! The best part? It's ready in 15 minutes.

3 tablespoons mustard seed
1 lime, the juice
1/2 cups pistachios
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt, and pepper
4 slices salmon

Preheat the oven to 375 F (190°C).
Place the pistachios in a food processor and grind. Add the mustard, lemon juice, and olive oil. Mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
Spread the pistachio mixture over the salmon fillets and place on a greased pyrex dish.
Put in the oven for 8-10 minutes depending on the thickness of the salmon.
