Another option for presentation is to mix the mustard with the oil and lemon and spread it over the salmon first, then sprinkle with the ground pistachios at the end. Bake according to the instructions.

Tips

You can also put it on "broil" for about 8 minutes instead of at 375 F, but you must watch that it doesn't burn.
