Salmon with Sweet Sauce and Tropical Salad

On these hot days, prepare this juicy salmon drenched in a sweet sauce over a bed of tropical salad. Besides being super healthy, it’s delicious and the best option to treat yourself.

  • 1/2 cups soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons raw sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons garlic, powder
  • 4 salmon fillet
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 cups pineapple, chopped into small cubes, for the salad
  • 2 avocados, diced, for the salad
  • 200 grams asparagus, green
  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 1/4 cups lime juice
  • 2 grams salt
  • 4 tablespoons chives

  • In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, ketchup, vinegar, sugar, ginger, and garlic.
  • Place the salmon fillets in a container and add some of the sauce. Cover and marinate in the Samsung Twin Cooling Plus® refrigerator for 1 hour.
  • Heat sesame oil in a skillet and fry the salmon, basting with some of the remaining sauce while it cooks.
  • For the salad, mix all the ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
  • Serve the salad and place the salmon on top, drizzle with more sauce if necessary, and garnish with chopped green onions.
