Salmon with Sweet Sauce and Tropical Salad

On these hot days, prepare this juicy salmon dipped in a sweet sauce on a bed of tropical salad. Besides being super healthy, it is delicious and the best option to pamper yourself.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1/2 Cup of Soy sauce
  • 3 spoonfuls of ketchup
  • 3 spoonfuls of Apple vinager
  • 2 spoonfuls of raw sugar
  • 1 teaspoonful of ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of garlic powdered
  • 4 pieces of salmon fillet
  • 2 spoonfuls of sesame oil
  • 2 cups of pineapple chopped into small cubes, for the salad
  • 2 pieces of avocado chopped into cubes, for the salad
  • 200 grams of asparagus green
  • 1/2 Cup of olive oil
  • 1/4 of Cup of lemon juice
  • 2 grams of Salt
  • 4 spoonfuls of scallion

    Preparation

    In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, the ketchup sauce, the vinegar, the sugar, the ginger and the garlic.
    Place the salmon fillets in a bowl and add a little of the sauce. Cover and marina in the Samsung Twin Cooling Plus® refrigerator for 1 hour.
    Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan and fry the salmon, add a little of the remaining sauce while cooking.
    For the salad, mix all the ingredients in a bowl until well integrated.
    Serve the salad and on this the salmon, bathe with more sauce if necessary and garnish with chopped chives.

    Hice el mismo glaseado para el salmón, solo que utilicé diferentes vegetales para la ensalada!! Super rico!!
