Butter Salmon

Simple salmon recipe for days when you crave something delicious and easy to prepare. The salmon turns out juicy and cooked with very little fat, making it a healthy and tasty dish.

  • 400 grams salmon, in 200g medallions each
  • 4 teaspoons butter
  • 1 pinch spice blend, for seasoning

  • Place a teaspoon of butter on a sheet of aluminum.
  • Place a piece of previously washed salmon on top; make a few small cuts and spread the second teaspoon of butter all over the cuts made earlier. Add a little salt and the spices on top.
  • Seal the aluminum foil, making sure it is well closed.
  • In a hot skillet, cook the salmon on low heat for approximately 10 minutes.
