Simple salmon recipe for the days that seem like something rich in easy preparation. The salmon is juicy and cooked with very little fat which makes it a healthy and delicious dish.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 400 grams Salmon, in medallions of 200g each
  • 4 teaspoons butter
  • 1 pinch varied spice, to season
  • to taste salt

Preparation

Place on a sheet of aluminum a teaspoon of butter.
Place a previously washed piece of salmon on it; Make a few small cuts and spread the second teaspoon of butter especially in the previously made cuts. Add a little salt and spices on top.
Close the aluminum foil taking care that it is well sealed.
In a hot pan, cook over low heat for about 10 min the salmon.

PRESENTATION

You can accompany it with a white rice. Steamed vegetables or a salad.

TIPS

The aluminum will retain the moisture of the fish but it will be well cooked. So that the flavor is well impregnated you can prepare it an hour before cooking it leaving it in the refrigerator to absorb the flavor.
