Preparation
Place on a sheet of aluminum a teaspoon of butter.
Place a previously washed piece of salmon on it; Make a few small cuts and spread the second teaspoon of butter especially in the previously made cuts. Add a little salt and spices on top.
Close the aluminum foil taking care that it is well sealed.
In a hot pan, cook over low heat for about 10 min the salmon.
