Chipotle Lime Salmon

This delicious and healthy Chipotle Lime Salmon is a very easy main dish to cook. Enjoy a light and low-calorie recipe with spectacular flavor.   • 1 cup chipotle chile in adobo sauce
  • 1/4 cups lime juice
  • 1/4 cups honey
  • 1/4 cups fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cups butter, founded
  • 1 salmon, in fillet, skinless, cut into 4 slices
  • Sal Sol® sea salt

  • 3 lemons, seedless, sliced
  • 1 cup tomato, diced, for pico de gallo
  • 1 cup cuaresmeño chile, diced, for pico de gallo
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped, for pico de gallo
  • 1 cup avocado, diced, for pico de gallo
  • 1/2 cups pineapple, diced, for pico de gallo
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice, for pico de gallo
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, for pico de gallo
  • Sal Sol® sea salt, for pico de gallo
  • 1 pinch oregano, for pico de gallo

  • Preheat the oven to 200° C
  • In a bowl, mix the chipotle, lime juice, honey, cilantro, and butter, set aside.
  • On a baking tray lined with parchment paper, place the salmon, cover with the previous preparation, season with Sal de Mar Sal Sol® and pepper to taste, surround with lemon slices and bake for 15 minutes or until cooked.
  • For the pico de gallo, mix the tomato, onion, cuaresmeño chili, cilantro, pineapple, avocado, season with lime, olive oil, Sal de Mar Sal Sol®, and oregano to taste.
  • Serve the salmon with pico de gallo and enjoy.
