Crispy Salmon

  • 500 grams salmon
  • 200 grams Parmesan cheese
  • 4 tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 5 tablespoons lime juice

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Butter a baking dish and set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, olive oil, lemon, sesame seeds, cilantro, and parmesan cheese, and set aside.
  • Remove the skin from the salmon and cut into portions.
  • Place the salmon in the baking dish, and on top of each portion, add the mixture of breadcrumbs, olive oil, lemon, sesame seeds, cilantro, and parmesan cheese. Bake for about 45 minutes.
