In a pot the mixture of ground bread, olive oil, lemon, sesame seeds, cilantro and Parmesan cheese is made, reserve.
Remove the skin from the salmon and cut into portions.
Place the salmon in the mold or baking dish, and on top of each serving, mix bread, olive oil, lemon, sesame seeds, cilantro and Parmesan cheese. Bake for 45 minutes approx.
