This recipe is a rich option for cooking salmon with a touch of Parmesan and cilantro. It is perfect for a dinner in which you want to look. It is very easy to prepare and it is delicious.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 500 grams Salmon
  • 200 grams parmesan cheese
  • 4 tablespoons fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cups ground bread
  • 5 tablespoons lemon juice
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • to taste sesame seed, or sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cups olive oil

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Grease a mold for the oven and reserve.
In a pot the mixture of ground bread, olive oil, lemon, sesame seeds, cilantro and Parmesan cheese is made, reserve.
Remove the skin from the salmon and cut into portions.
