Cured Salmon

  • 2 kilos fresh salmon, (fillet)
  • 1 kilo salt
  • 1 kilo sea ​​salt
  • 1 cup stevia
  • 1 bunch fresh dill

  • Mix all the ingredients except for the salmon. On a baking sheet, make a bed with half of the salt. Place the fillet skin side down and cover with the other half of the salt. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 24 hours.
  • Rinse a couple of times; lightly brush with olive oil. Slice finely.
  • Serve with lemon, capers, red onion, boiled egg, mustard, or whatever you like.
