Cured Salmon

  • 1 kilo salt
  • 1 kilo sea ​​salt
  • 1 cup stevia

  • Stir all ingredients except salmon. On a cookie sheet make a bed with half the salt. Place the loin with the skin face down and cover with the other half of the salt. Wrap in egapak and refrigerate x 24 hours.
