Each family has its traditions and favorite dishes for Christmas; try this salmon and you will want it to be part of the menu from now on. Besides, it is much richer and cheaper made at home. It is delicious; you can't miss trying it.
Mix all the ingredients except for the salmon. On a baking sheet, make a bed with half of the salt. Place the fillet skin side down and cover with the other half of the salt. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 24 hours.
Rinse a couple of times; lightly brush with olive oil. Slice finely.
Serve with lemon, capers, red onion, boiled egg, mustard, or whatever you like.
