Ingredients

10 portions
  • 2 kilos fresh salmon, (loin)
  • 1 kilo salt
  • 1 kilo sea ​​salt
  • 1 cup Stevia
  • 1 bunch fresh dill

Preparation

Stir all ingredients except salmon. On a cookie sheet make a bed with half the salt. Place the loin with the skin face down and cover with the other half of the salt. Wrap in egapak and refrigerate x 24 hours.
Rinse a couple of times; varnish lightly with olive oil. Slicing finely.
Serve with lemon, capers, purple onion, boiled egg, mustard or whatever you like.

PRESENTATION

Cut the salmon into very thin slices and serve in a bowl.

TIPS

You can accompany a mustard and honey dip.
