Foil-wrapped salmon is a delicious and especially healthy preparation. It is a dish packed with omega-3, where the yellow lemon and onion perfume the fish, giving it an unparalleled flavor.
1 fresh salmon fillet with skin, (approximately 1.5 kg) cut into 4
700 grams chinese green bean
4 lemons
1 onion
1 red bell pepper
120 milliliters lime juice
4 tablespoons dill
4 tablespoons capers
1/2 cups olives, slice
salt and pepper

Using a mandoline, slice the yellow lemon thinly. Cut the onion into rings. Cut the bell pepper into strips. Cut the green beans in half.
In a bowl, add the lemon, vegetables, capers, and olives. Mix well and set aside.
Season the fish with salt and pepper and add dill.
Marinate the fish in the mixture you prepared with lemon and vegetables. After 2 hours, remove it from the marinade. Strain the vegetables from the marinade and keep only a little of the juice.
Cut 30 x 30 cm squares of aluminum foil. In the center of a square of aluminum foil (on the shiny side), pour a tablespoon of oil. Place the fish on top. Add some vegetables and pour a couple of tablespoons of marinade juice.
Seal the aluminum foil as tightly as possible. Repeat this step with all the salmon.
Place the salmon packets wrapped in aluminum foil on a skillet over medium heat. Cook for about 10 minutes on each side.
