1/4 cups soy sauce
3/4 cups water
4 tablespoons raw sugar
1/2 teaspoons garlic, finely chopped
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 cups water
4 salmon fillet
2 tablespoons Extra Special Olive Oil®
1 teaspoon Great Value® plain salt
1/4 teaspoons pepper
4 slices pineapple
4 tablespoons green onion stalks, chopped for garnish

For the sauce, in a pot heat the honey with the soy sauce, water, sugar, ginger, and garlic. Let it come to a boil and then lower the heat.
Mix the cornstarch with the water and incorporate it into the previous preparation. Cook for about 10 minutes over low heat, or until it thickens.
Grill the salmon fillets with olive oil, season with salt and pepper on both sides, and cook to your desired doneness.
Dip the pineapple in the sweet sauce and grill on both sides until marked.
Serve the salmon fillets with the pineapples and more sweet sauce. Garnish with chopped green onion stems.
