For the sauce, in a pot heat the honey with the soy sauce, water, sugar, ginger, and garlic. Let it come to a boil and then lower the heat. Mix the cornstarch with the water and incorporate it into the previous preparation. Cook for about 10 minutes over low heat, or until it thickens.
