Grilled Salmon Skewers

Grilled salmon skewers are very easy to make. On those hot days when barbecues are the ideal meal, fish is something we all crave, and what better way to prepare it than on the grill.

  • 1 red onion
  • salt
  • ground garlic
  • olive oil
  • chicken seasoning, lemon-pepper
  • 1 salmon fillet
  • 100 grams button mushrooms

  • Clean the salmon by removing the skin and cut it into cubes.
  • Cut the onion into large cubes of approximately 2 x 2 cm (the same size as the salmon).
  • Season the salmon with garlic powder and lemon-pepper seasoning.
  • Take a skewer and brush it with oil (this will prevent it from burning). Insert a cube of salmon, a cube of onion, and a mushroom, and continue this pattern until the skewer is filled, leaving a piece to hold. Sprinkle a little of the seasoning.
  • Grill until everything is cooked, being careful not to overcook the salmon to prevent it from drying out.
