Grilled salmon skewers are very easy to make. On those hot days when grilling is the ideal meal, some fish all seem to us and what better than to prepare them on the grill.

Preparation
Clean the salmon by removing the skin and cut it into cubes.
Cut the onion into large squares of 2 x 2 cm approx. (Same size as salmon.)
Season the salmon with ground garlic and the pepper-lemon seasoning.
Take a toothpick and varnish it with oil (this will prevent it from burning). Insert a cube of salmon, an onion cube and a mushroom, and so on until you fill the stick leaving a piece to hold. Sprinkle a little of the seasoning.
Put on the grill until everything is cooked, taking care that the salmon does not overcook so it does not dry out.
