Grilled Salmon with Avocado Sauce

Grilled salmon is one of the simplest and most delicious recipes you can prepare. Additionally, this food is very nutritious and has many benefits for you. If you don't know how to cook fish, this salmon recipe with avocado sauce is easy and has a great contrast of flavors, as it is marinated in árbol chili and orange.

  • 6 árbol chiles, deveined, seedless, and soaked for the marinade.
  • 1 clove garlic, roasted, for the marinade
  • 1/4 onions, roasted, for the marinade
  • 1/4 cups orange juice, for the marinade
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano, for the marinade
  • 1/2 teaspoons cumin, ground, for the marinade
  • 2 pinches jaimacan pepper, for the marinade
  • 1 teaspoon salt, for the marinade
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, for the marinade
  • 500 grams salmon, skinless, cut into 4 pieces
  • 2 slices pineapple, for the sauce
  • 1 Avocados from México, in large cubes, for the sauce
  • 1/4 red onions, finely chopped, for the sauce
  • 2 stems green onion, chopped, for the sauce
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice, for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dill, chopped, for the sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt, for the sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoons black pepper, ground, for the sauce

  • For the marinade, blend the árbol chili with the garlic, onion, orange juice, oregano, cumin, allspice, salt, and oil until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
  • Brush the salmon with this mixture and marinate for 20 minutes in the refrigerator.
  • Heat a grill pan and cook the salmon to the desired doneness. On the side, grill the pineapple on both sides. Cut the pineapple into cubes, cool.
  • In a bowl, mix the pineapple with the avocado, red onion, green onion stems, yellow lemon juice, dill, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve the salmon with the avocado sauce and enjoy.
