Grilled salmon with Mole

One of the most traditional dishes in Mexican cuisine is mole. Here we present you a delicious recipe of grilled salmon with a tasty Mole Red Almendrado Mestiza® Kitchen.

  • 1 jar mole sauce, Red Almendrado Cocina Mestiza®
  • 4 cups chicken bullion
  • 8 fresh salmon, with skin
  • 5 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
  • 5 plantains

  • Prepare the mole: In a pot heat the chicken broth and add the red almond mole. Dissolve with a balloon whisk until you obtain a smooth, liquid sauce. Keep the mole on the stove with the fire off.
  • Preheat a large griddle with oil. Season the salmon slices. When the griddle is hot, add the slices of salmon first on the side of the skin. Let brown and turn. Cook leaving a part in the middle almost raw.
  • Place the slices of salmon on a serving plate and bathe with the mole. Sprinkle sesame on top and arrange the male banana aside.
