Lemon Salmon with Pea Puree

This puree is recommended starting at 9 months. Salmon contains omega-3, which helps prevent coronary diseases, and peas contain beta-carotene, a powerful antioxidant.

  • 200 grams fresh salmon
  • 1 cup peas, canned or frozen
  • 1/2 cups lime juice
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dill
  • 1 pinch salt, to taste
  • 1 pinch pepper, to taste

  • Cut the salmon fillet into small cubes. Add dill, salt, and pepper.
  • In a bowl, add lemon juice and incorporate the salmon. Cover the container with non-stick paper and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Place the peas, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, and pepper in the Evenflo Advance® blender container. Turn the base of the blender. Place the blender container and twist it clockwise. Press the power button and blend for 1 minute. Set aside.
  • Remove the salmon from the marinade and dry it thoroughly with a paper towel.
  • Add 200 ml of water to the Evenflo Advance® steamer (up to the line). Place the base of the steamer. Put the salmon in the basket and place it in the base of the steamer. Close the steamer lid and press the power button. Cook for 5 minutes.
