Mango Salmon

  • 150 grams salmon
  • 1 mango, ripe
  • 5 tablespoons jam, mango, unsweetened
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt, and pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoons garlic, chopped

  • Wash the mango, peel it, and cut the flesh into large cubes.
  • Heat the oil in a pan, fry the garlic a little without letting it burn, add the salmon skin-side down.
  • Season the salmon with salt and pepper and carefully flip it without breaking, add the mango cubes and the jam to infuse the flavor into the salmon.
  • Cover for 5 minutes and serve.
