1 mango, ripe
5 tablespoons jam, mango, unsweetened
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt, and pepper
1/2 tablespoons garlic, chopped

Wash the mango, peel it, and cut the flesh into large cubes.
Heat the oil in a pan, fry the garlic a little without letting it burn, add the salmon skin-side down.
Season the salmon with salt and pepper and carefully flip it without breaking, add the mango cubes and the jam to infuse the flavor into the salmon.
Cover for 5 minutes and serve.
