4 cans salmon in oil Tuny®
700 milliliters tomato purée
3 potatoes
1 can olives
1 jar capers
1 can bell pepper
1 clove garlic
2 pasilla chiles
1 pinch paprika
1/4 cups parsley
olive oil
Preparation

Put the chopped garlic in a large saucepan with olive oil, add the Tuny® canned salmon and fry it together with the garlic.
Add the tomato puree and cook for 15 minutes.
Incorporate the diced potatoes, olives, capers, and bell peppers.
Add the pasilla chili, paprika, and chopped parsley.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with a sprig of parsley and serve.
