Salmon a la Vizcaína

  • 4 cans salmon in oil Tuny®
  • 700 milliliters tomato purée
  • 3 potatoes
  • 1 can olives
  • 1 jar capers
  • 1 can bell pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 pasilla chiles
  • 1 pinch paprika
  • 1/4 cups parsley
  • olive oil

  • Put the chopped garlic in a large saucepan with olive oil, add the Tuny® canned salmon and fry it together with the garlic.
  • Add the tomato puree and cook for 15 minutes.
  • Incorporate the diced potatoes, olives, capers, and bell peppers.
  • Add the pasilla chili, paprika, and chopped parsley.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Garnish with a sprig of parsley and serve.
