500 grams Tuny® salmon in water
1 clove shallot
1 tablespoon capers
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/3 cups pickles, sour
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup spinach
1 red onion
1 tomato
4 burger buns
1 cup breadcrumbs

Mix the Tuny® salmon with the shallots, capers, mustard, breadcrumbs, and season with salt and pepper.
Shape the burgers with your hands and refrigerate them.
Heat a skillet and grease it with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Cook each salmon burger until lightly browned.
Place spinach, tomato, pickles, and red onion on the bread.
Add a salmon burger and top with the other half of the bread.
