Mix the salmon in Tuny® water with the echallots, the capers, the mustard, the ground bread, season with salt and pepper.
Form the hamburgers with your hands and refrigerate them.
Heat a pan and grease with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Cook each salmon burger until lightly browned.
Place the spinach, the tomato, the pickles and the red onion on the bread.
Place one salmon burger and cover with the other half of the bread.
